The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the beach and many nearby attractions. The festive decorations during the Xmas holidays added a cheerful atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was always polite and accommodating.
It was very disappointing that the weight loss and detox program I had signed up for was poorly organized. The program did not correspond to what was advertised on the website, and the lack of communication was frustrating. The food served was often not suitable for weight loss, and required extra effort on my part to ensure a healthy diet. I did not feel taken care of and was left feeling cheated by the experience.

great location near transportation, clean facilities, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel also had plenty of parking for our car.

The hotel's surroundings were stunning, with plenty of places to explore just a short walk away. the room was immaculate, with a lovely view of the coastline. the breakfast was a fantastic spread, with plenty of options to choose from.
The weight loss and detox program was poorly organized, with a lack of communication from the staff leading to frustration.

The hotel's surroundings are lovely, offering a great chance to relax under the sun while admiring the beautiful views. the hotel provides a variety of delicious and fresh local dishes, and the staff offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The detox and weight loss program was not well organized and had major communication issues between the staff and the guests. This caused confusion and disappointment for those who wanted to follow a specific program.

We had an amazing luxurious experience at this hotel! From the exclusive amenities to the remarkable service, everything was exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a sauna, steam room, full body massage, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a garden area, was a peaceful oasis while the aqua park was a fun and entertaining way to spend your day. the restaurant had a wide selection of special diet menus which made our stay even more comfortable. the location was ideal for us, allowing us easy access to the beachfront and leisure/ TV room.
Our only minor issue was the lack of communication regarding the weight loss and detox program. We were looking forward to experiencing their program, but it was not properly organized, and the quantity and greasiness of the food made it difficult to keep a healthy lifestyle.
